We seek to create an initial positive experience for guests and members at every service.
- Parking Lot Team
Greets in the parking lot, gives assistance, and directs to the appropriate building, doors, or area. - Greeter Team
Greets at the doors and throughout the hallways, shows genuine interest in people, directs to the Welcome Desk or appropriate people/locations in the building. - Welcome Team
Welcomes each person at the Welcome Desk, assists in filling out info and placing helpful material in the hands of guests, and escorts to appropriate areas and people. - Intro to East Side Class Team
Begins to inform and connect guests and new members through the "Intro to East Side" class, assists in getting guests and new members involved in Community Groups, Sunday morning Bible studies, and various ministry opportunities. - Usher Team
Greets worshipers, makes everyone feel welcome and accepted, distributes material (bulletins, handouts, etc.) as needed, directs people into the auditorium, assists with seating and any special needs, gives assistance during the services as pastors direct, and gives leadership regarding health and medical assistance.
Team leaders will coordinate schedules and inform teams of expected times and places of ministry responsibilities. All First Touch Ministry team members are expected to assist in the positive building and strengthening of their teams.
